Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,655 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOBEC3H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PSMB6, and RASAL3. Each is linked with APOBEC3H in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3H-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3H versus PSMB10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
