APOBEC3H

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 261 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3H-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYB5R3, WNT3, and VIPR1. Each is linked with APOBEC3H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3H-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3H versus CYB5R3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
