APOBEC3H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3H-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP502, RNU6-1155P, and RNU6-54P. Each is linked with APOBEC3H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3H-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP502 grouped by APOBEC3H-low versus APOBEC3H-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
