APOBEC3H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOBEC3H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,317 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to cell-matrix adhesion, Response to vitamin B1, and GDF15-GFRAL signaling pathway. Each is linked with APOBEC3H in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3H-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to cell-matrix adhesion grouped by APOBEC3H-low versus APOBEC3H-high in KIDNEY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
