APOBEC3B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,716 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM10, CDC45, and CENPM. Each is linked with APOBEC3B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3B-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3B versus MCM10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
