APOBEC3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,492 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO2P18, GTSE1, and RPL7AP23. Each is linked with APOBEC3B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3B-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P18 grouped by APOBEC3B-low versus APOBEC3B-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
