Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOBEC3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,748 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Clearance of foreign intracellular DNA, Clearance of foreign intracellular nucleic acids, and Cytidine to uridine editing. Each is linked with APOBEC3B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3B-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3B results are reported.
