Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3B-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,079 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3B-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3B, EIF4EBP2P1, and HCG27. Each is linked with APOBEC3B-AS1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3B-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3B-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3B-AS1 versus APOBEC3B in BLCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
