APOBEC3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,097 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A8, S100A12, and S100A9. Each is linked with APOBEC3A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3A-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3A versus S100A8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
