Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,307 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOBEC3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, CMPK2, and IDO1. Each is linked with APOBEC3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3A-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3A versus MEFV in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
