APOBEC3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC3A mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMP and Neurons. Each is linked with APOBEC3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC3A-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMP grouped by APOBEC3A-low versus APOBEC3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
