APOBEC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,771 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EEF2_S502, OSBPL3, and SUGP2. Each is linked with APOBEC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC2-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC2 versus EEF2_S502 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
