APOBEC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,838 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC8A3, MYLK2, and MYOM1. Each is linked with APOBEC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC2-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC2 versus SLC8A3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
