APOBEC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,492 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN2, MYL3, and ABLIM1_S426. Each is linked with APOBEC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC2-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC2 versus ACTN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
