APOBEC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 489 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGK2, GCNT1P2, and MIR3689F. Each is linked with APOBEC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC2-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGK2 grouped by APOBEC2-low versus APOBEC2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
