APOA4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,780 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OVCA2, PAFAH1B1, and RPA1. Each is linked with APOA4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOA4-to-partner and partner-to-APOA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOA4 versus OVCA2 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
