APOA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,696 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOC3, APOA5, and F2. Each is linked with APOA1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOA1-to-partner and partner-to-APOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOA1 versus APOC3 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
