APOA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5696, F8A2, and OR10S1. Each is linked with APOA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOA1-to-partner and partner-to-APOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5696 grouped by APOA1-low versus APOA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
