Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,686 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-methionine modification, Regulation of Cdc42 protein signal transduction, and Negative regulation of cholesterol import. Each is linked with APOA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOA1-to-partner and partner-to-APOA1 results are reported.
