Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, APLP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated APLP2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher APLP2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated APLP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, PRAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where APLP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
