APLP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,139 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIRAP, PCSK7, and STT3A. Each is linked with APLP2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP2-to-partner and partner-to-APLP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APLP2 versus TIRAP in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
