APLP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,455 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APLP2_S213, ENDOD1, and REXO2. Each is linked with APLP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP2-to-partner and partner-to-APLP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APLP2 versus APLP2_S213 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
