The most reproducible APLP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC10A, SIAE, and LAX1. Each is linked with APLP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP2-to-partner and partner-to-APLP2 results are reported.
