Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APLP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-705P, MARK2P4, and GTF3C6P3. Each is linked with APLP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP2-to-partner and partner-to-APLP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-705P grouped by APLP2-low versus APLP2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
