Across TCGA cell cohorts, APLP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,313 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral life cycle, Symbiont entry into host, and Symbiont entry into host cell. Each is linked with APLP2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP2-to-partner and partner-to-APLP2 results are reported.
