Across TCGA cell cohorts, APLP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APLP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM49, SLC22A12, and GPR171. Each is linked with APLP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP2-to-partner and partner-to-APLP2 results are reported.
