APLP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,399 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1B, MAP1B_S995, and KIF1A_S1370. Each is linked with APLP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP1-to-partner and partner-to-APLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APLP1 versus MAP1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
