APLP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,483 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, UBE2L3, and GTF2E2. Each is linked with APLP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP1-to-partner and partner-to-APLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP82 grouped by APLP1-low versus APLP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
