Across TCGA cell cohorts, APLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,193 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, ATP metabolic process, and Cellular response to aldosterone. Each is linked with APLP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP1-to-partner and partner-to-APLP1 results are reported.
