APLP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APLP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCBP2L, FAM90A26, and TAAR8. Each is linked with APLP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLP1-to-partner and partner-to-APLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCBP2L grouped by APLP1-low versus APLP1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
