APLNR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLNR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLNR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Rictor_pT1135, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with APLNR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLNR-to-partner and partner-to-APLNR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by APLNR-low versus APLNR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLNR→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLNR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
