APLNR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APLNR mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,302 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLNR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP42, ENDOV, and ANGEL2. Each is linked with APLNR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLNR-to-partner and partner-to-APLNR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP42 grouped by APLNR-low versus APLNR-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLNR→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLNR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
