APLN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APLN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,098 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APLN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, BMP1, and FLT1. Each is linked with APLN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APLN-to-partner and partner-to-APLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APLN versus PLOD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→APLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
