API5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, API5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,099 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible API5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CELF1, CSTF1, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with API5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both API5-to-partner and partner-to-API5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, API5 versus CELF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (API5→partner) and Y-score (partner→API5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
