API5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, API5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,029 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible API5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPH, F13A1, and NAT10. Each is linked with API5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both API5-to-partner and partner-to-API5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, API5 versus CENPH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (API5→partner) and Y-score (partner→API5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
