API5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, API5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,325 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible API5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKAP5, HNRNPK, and QSER1. Each is linked with API5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both API5-to-partner and partner-to-API5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, API5 versus CKAP5 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (API5→partner) and Y-score (partner→API5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
