Across TCGA cell cohorts, API5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,853 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible API5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, and Positive regulation of cell cycle process. Each is linked with API5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both API5-to-partner and partner-to-API5 results are reported.
