Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, APH1A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated APH1A data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher APH1A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated APH1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and UCEC are the cancer types where APH1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
