Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APH1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,655 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APH1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, PRCC, and HDGF. Each is linked with APH1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APH1A-to-partner and partner-to-APH1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APH1A versus RPRD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APH1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→APH1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
