Across TCGA patient cohorts, APH1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APH1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, EGFR_pY1068, and FoxM1. Each is linked with APH1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APH1A-to-partner and partner-to-APH1A results are reported.
