Across TCGA cell cohorts, APH1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APH1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM2B. Each is linked with APH1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APH1A-to-partner and partner-to-APH1A results are reported.
