APEX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APEX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,044 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APEX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHPT1, PGRMC1, and PHF6. Each is linked with APEX2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APEX2-to-partner and partner-to-APEX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APEX2 versus PHPT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
