APEX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APEX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,757 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC34A2, GNL2, and PARD3. Each is linked with APEX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APEX2-to-partner and partner-to-APEX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APEX2 versus SLC34A2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
