Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APEX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANAPC1P6, CYP2C61P, and IGKV3D-34. Each is linked with APEX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APEX2-to-partner and partner-to-APEX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC1P6 grouped by APEX2-low versus APEX2-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
