Across TCGA cell cohorts, APEX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,206 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APEX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle elongation, Spindle elongation, and Mitotic spindle midzone assembly. Each is linked with APEX2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APEX2-to-partner and partner-to-APEX2 results are reported.
