APEX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APEX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,148 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APEX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHD8, DHX9, and NGDN. Each is linked with APEX1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APEX1-to-partner and partner-to-APEX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APEX1 versus CHD8 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APEX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APEX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
