APEH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APEH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APEH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDH9-AS1, TKFC, and PCBD1. Each is linked with APEH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APEH-to-partner and partner-to-APEH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDH9-AS1 grouped by APEH-low versus APEH-high in ESCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APEH→partner) and Y-score (partner→APEH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
