Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, APCDD1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated APCDD1L data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher APCDD1L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated APCDD1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where APCDD1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
