APCDD1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APCDD1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,114 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APCDD1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, P3H3, and PLOD1. Each is linked with APCDD1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APCDD1L-to-partner and partner-to-APCDD1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APCDD1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→APCDD1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
