APCDD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APCDD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,486 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APCDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HABP4, EIF3J-DT, and SRGAP2B. Each is linked with APCDD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APCDD1-to-partner and partner-to-APCDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APCDD1 versus HABP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APCDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APCDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
